Streetbike Meeting
In an effort to forge stronger ties with our local dealer and promote the club to new Triumph buyers we will be starting to visit Streetbike, Halesowen on a monthly basis. By now we should have a nice routine going having met here a few times before. If you are a branch member and fancy an hour out pop down and see us, catch up with what's going on and have a browse round the lovely shiny bikes in the showroom. Produce your membership card and you might even get a free tea or coffee. This is a Sunday meeting and will be followed by a ride out to Tewkesbury.

B'ham & Wolves Late Spring Concours
We will be kicking the Summer off with a branch concours event at the club room. Last year we just about managed to squeeze one in, but often we manage two through the course of the year, so having this in the early part of the year leaves us the option for a late Summer Concours if we can fit another in and the weather is kind. Full details to be added, but normally there would be categories such as: Best Triumph, Best Meriden (or pre-'90), Best Hinckley (or post-'90) and Best Visitor / Non-Triumph. This event will be largely weather dependant, so keep your eyes on this page for updates closer to the time. We would also normally extend an invitation to other local branches to come along and visit too. On previous occasions, we have fired up the BBQ on Concours night, but for this one we have yet to decide. More details will be added as and when decided.

*********CANCELLED********* 37th Thunderbird Rally *********CANCELLED*********
B’ham & Wolves TOMCC would like to invite you to the 37th Thunderbird Rally, Friday 26th to Sunday 28th June 2020. After losing our rally site again for the second time in three years, we have eventually managed to find another site which fits the bill. Wolverhampton Rugby Club, (Wolverhampton RUFC) have offered us the use of their site off Castlecroft Road, Wolverhampton, WV3 8NA. The new site offers the usual facilities, Bar, function room, 24 hr toilet and shower facilities, easy access from local main roads, but most significant this year is a return to a flat camping site. There will be the usual ride out on Saturday followed by a Concours on site. Saturday evening will see our usual Hog Roast and there will be a disco on both Friday & Saturday night. There will also be a live band on Saturday night. Breakfasts will be available to buy Saturday and Sunday mornings. In addition, on Friday night the on-site kitchen will supply a hot meal for anyone that wishes to buy one. This could be a stew, a curry, a chilli or something similar, we have yet to decide. Alternatively, there is a chip shop 10 minutes’ walk from the site and a 5 minute ride away will find you in Merry Hill where there is Chinese food, a Curry House, an Italian restaurant & takeaway and another chip shop. The site itself is right on the green belt to the West of the Wolverhampton borough and only minutes away from the border with South Staffordshire and a short ride from Shropshire. For those who like to explore the local area Whitwick Manor is right on the door step and, a short ride away. The Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal is a few minutes’ walk away and The South Staffordshire Railway Walk borders the site. If you would like to explore further there are numerous local landmarks within a moderate ride such as the historic market town of Bridgnorth, The Bratch locks and pumping station, RAF Cosford Museum, Mosely Old Hall (National Trust) and Boscobel House (English Heritage) to name just a few. We look forwards to welcoming you all. B’ham & Wolves TOMCC
